**_Accounts Receivable Specialist_**

We are a growing team looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our Finance Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Head of Administration & Finance.**

**About The Role**

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you'll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the continuous improvement, management and coordination of all account receivables processes.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Onboard key accounts to our processes;
- Keep track of all encashments and revenues, including sales orders;
- Verify and reconcile invoices internally and externally;
- Support the improvements of accounting\invoicing processes;
- Support the team with reports and accounting;
- Acts as a liaison to management and operations to resolve issues and manage daily workflow and deadlines;
- Perform invoices analysis, supporting encashment activities;
- Perform credit checks through the dedicated platform.

**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE**:

- 2 years experience in similar position;
- knowledge of AR processes and basic accounting principles;
- great communication skills;
- ability to prioritize, with a great attention to details and strong analytical skills;
- ability to find solutions and solve problems;
- a team player approach with the ability to collaborate with multiple parties;
- full working proficiency of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point), ERP systems (SAP), and databases;
- fluency in Italian and English (required).
