**Financial Statement Specialist**:
JOB MISSION

The role will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with accounting corporate policy, procedures and standards and provide insights to support financial decision-making, in line with Company’s sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Financial Statutory and Accounting Manager in the preparation, analysis, and review of annual and infrannual financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and regulations by also joining the annual closing audit processing with external auditors and CPAs.
Conduct, by complying with internal accounting policy and timeline, thorough reviews of accounting data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies with corporate procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for ensuring the assessment of accounting data.
Assist Finance team and Financial Statutory and Accounting Manager in the development and implementation of accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Direct responsibility for specific accounting processing (ex. Financial Loans, Lease accounting, IAS 17, intercompany reconciliations).

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in financial statements and narratives, Accounting Standards (GAAP), accounting and general postings (at least 2-3 years).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Fluent English.
Stress management and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem solving attitude.
