Posizione: Guest Experience Specialist Luogo di lavoro: Aeroporto di Roma Ciampino Descrizione della mansione: - Accoglienza e assistenza degli ospiti e degli equipaggi garantendo un'esperienza esemplare e professionale. - Collaborazione con il team per la gestione efficiente dei servizi aeroportuali e delle informazioni tra ospiti' enti aeroportuali e dipartimenti aziendali. - Monitoraggio dei voli e coordinamento dei servizi richiesti con il Team Airside. - Gestione dell'attivit amministrativa' di fatturazione ed incasso - Gestione delle richieste degli ospiti e risoluzione delle criticit in modo efficiente. - Gestione dell'attivit amministrativa' di fatturazione ed incasso. - Applicazione delle procedure di safety &amp, security aeroportuale. Requisiti Richiesti - Diploma di scuola superiore - Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel customer service (aviazione' retail' hospitality o vendite). - Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (livello B2), gradita la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere. - Competenze informatiche e capacit di apprendere rapidamente l'utilizzo dei software aziendali. - Disponibilit a lavorare su orari flessibili' inclusi turni notturni' festivi e weekend. - Patente di guida.
