Role Responsibilities
Collating and analysing market-specific member engagement data, translating insights into actionable strategies and campaigns.
Tracking engagement measures and working with senior functional leads to address risks and capitalise on opportunities.
Partnering with Corporate Communications to ensure members receive timely updates on RICS activities, wins and successes.
Collaborating with Government Relations and Policy teams to connect members with our advocacy work.
Managing governance and advisory panels, building strong relationships with key member representatives.
Supporting Matrics (or equivalent) to engage younger professionals through meaningful activities.
About You
You’re a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and creating strategies that make an impact. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and have a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Ability to assess market insights and develop strategic engagement plans
Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
Innovative approach to problem-solving and solution design
Relevant market knowledge and willingness to learn about RICS activities
Experience working in a matrix structure and international environment
Proficiency in English and at least one other relevant language
Adaptability, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning
