We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Enterprise Risk team in our Rome office, working in a hybrid mode. The business helps organizations anticipate and address changes in the regulatory landscape, implement more effective programs and controls capable of mitigating the enormous variety of regulatory risks. Our team consists of professionals who have gained significant experience working on national and international projects concerning multidisciplinary topics such as "Corporate Governance", "Regulatory Compliance", "Process Reengineering", "Internal Audit" and "Risk Management". Your Role The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and will be responsible for:
* Proactively interpreting client needs, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches.
* Developing initiatives and solutions independently, collecting and structuring data and performing analyses to support business decisions.
* Enhancing the contribution of more Junior resources and contributing to their growth.
* Identifying potential risks and criticalities and sharing them promptly with the rest of the team.
* Collaborating effectively in diverse and international teams.

What we offer
The expected salary for this position is between EUR 37,500 and EUR 41,000 for the Senior Consultant grade, applied according to the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or fringe benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position. Winning Requirements
* Degree in Law or equivalent, Economics or equivalent.
* 2-5 years of experience, preferably gained in consulting firms.
* Participation in projects on the following items:
* Compliance with regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 231/2001, Legislative Decree 81/2008, Law 190/2012, GDPR/Regulation 2016/679, NIS2, Legislative Decree 231/2007).
* Anti-Corruption (ISO 37001) and Anti-Fraud programs.
* Regulatory Strategy Advisory & Transformation E2E: Monitoring regulatory evolutions and Advisory in related transformation and change management programs.
* Topics related to corporate risk management, including the design, analysis, and revision of Enterprise Risk Management systems.
* Organizational analysis and reengineering of organizational, operational, and control models and processes.
* Topics related to Corporate Governance.
* Third Party Risk Management.
* Critical analysis skills of business processes, aimed at efficiency of individual processes and detection of risks and improvement opportunities.
* Autonomy in dealing with clients and preparing deliverables.
* Ability to supervise and coordinate junior resources.
* Proactivity in work performance and initiative.
* Availability for travel and transfers in Italy and abroad.
* MS Office package (in particular advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
* Risk assessment tools.
* Knowledge of English (C1).
