We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Order to Cash team.

What You’ll Bring
We’d love to hear from you if:

You’re not just looking for an internship, but for a challenge that sparks your curiosity and pushes you to grow. You have the courage to step into a dynamic environment, eager to learn, experiment, and leave your mark.

- You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Finance or similar or equivalent finance qualification
- You’re fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.
- You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and know how to turn data into insights and ideas into clear, impactful presentations.
