La posizione prevede, oltre il presidio operativo e strategico della funzione HR, soprattutto da un punto di vista Legal & Admin, il coordinamento del team operativo, in coerenza con le linee guida dell'azienda, di concerto con il CFO.

In particolare si occuperà dei seguenti tasks operativi:

- Coordinamento di tutte le attività HR a livello amministrativo e normativo, al fine di garantire la conformità con il diritto del lavoro italiano e le policy interne.
- Gestione e supervisione di tutti gli aspetti amministrativi legati al ciclo di vita del lavoratore.
- Gestione e supervisione, di concerto con il provider esterno, di tutto il processo payroll, per garantire correttamente il controllo ex ante ed ex post del cedolino.
- Gestione del personale EXPAT.
- Supporto al CFO e alla Direzione nelle decisioni organizzative relative alla struttura HR e alla compliance normativa.
- Monitoraggio e applicazione delle normative in materia di lavoro, privacy, salute e sicurezza, per assicurare la conformità dell'organizzazione alle disposizioni legislative e contrattuali.
- Supporto al CFO per la stesura del Budget annuale.
- Collaborazione nella definizione di procedure interne HR, in ottica di semplificazione e trasparenza.

Competenze ed esperienza

Il/la candidato/candidata deve possedere i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale in materie giuridiche e/o economiche.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Esperienza decennale in ruoli di responsabilità.
