INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE / VP? VENTURE CAPITAL

La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel definire la strategia di
investimento, identificare e valutare nuove opportunità, gestire il portafoglio
e consolidare le relazioni con università, centri di ricerca e partner
industriali.

Responsibilities La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Sourcing e valutazione
investimenti: individuare e analizzare opportunità di investimento in
startup deep tech, in particolare provenienti da università e centri di ricerca
italiani. Due diligence: condurre
analisi approfondite su potenziali investimenti, includendo valutazioni di
mercato, modelli finanziari e assessment tecnologici. Portfolio Management:
supervisionare le società partecipate, fornendo supporto strategico e operativo
per favorirne la crescita e massimizzare il valore in uscita. Stakeholder Engagement:
sviluppare e mantenere rapporti con il mondo accademico, partner industriali,
enti governativi, incubatori/acceleratori e altri fondi di venture capital, al
fine di promuovere un flusso costante di opportunità qualificate. Strategic planning:
contribuire alla definizione degli indirizzi strategici del fondo, ai criteri
di investimento e ai piani di sviluppo a lungo termine. Leadership e mentoring:
guidare e supportare il team, promuovendo collaborazione, innovazione e
crescita professionale.
Your Profile Formazione:
viene specificatamente richiesto un percorso di studi in discipline tecniche:
PHD, elettronica, energetica, fisica, chimica, materiali, aerospaziale, meccanica.

Esperienza:
almeno 3-5 anni in fondi di venture capital nazionali o internazionali o
come founder di startup/scaleup. In seconda battuta verranno valutati
anche profili con esperienze lato consulting o investment banking, se
aventi esperienze affini al mondo delle startup.

Competenze
tecniche: conoscenza approfondita di tematiche deep tech (AI, robotica,
cybersecurity, ecc.).

Capacità
analitiche: eccellenti doti di analisi e modeling finanziario, con
capacità di valutare tecnologie e modelli di business complessi.

Comunicazione
e networking: abilità relazionali, negoziali e comunicative
eccellenti, con attitudine a interagire con interlocutori eterogenei.

Leadership:
comprovata esperienza nella gestione di team e progetti in contesti
dinamici e innovativi.

Lingue:
padronanza della lingua inglese.
