Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone' email' and chat. - Assist clients with inquiries related to payment solutions' resolving issues effectively and efficiently. - Educate clients on available payment options and assist them in navigating our services. - Document all client interactions in our systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-ups. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery. - Stay updated on payment processing trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
