Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to our team' focusing on the Retail industry. In this crucial role' you will provide exemplary support to our Italian-speaking customers' assisting them with inquiries and issues related to their retail experience. Your fluency in Italian will be vital as you engage with clients' answering their questions about products' orders' returns' and providing any necessary support to enhance their shopping experience. You will contribute significantly to our commitment to outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
