This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in Italian. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products' services' and features via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications' pricing' and service options to customers. - Assist with scheduling maintenance' service appointments' and addressing any service-related questions. - Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns' ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up. - Collaborate with different internal teams to enhance customer experiences and address inquiries promptly. - Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to deliver knowledgeable service to customers. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is a plus. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the automotive sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to various customer needs. - Proficient in using CRM software and general office applications. - Must be able to work independently and must be located in Greece.
