Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Social Media industry. In this dynamic role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients' assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our social media services and platforms. Your fluency in Italian will be essential in fostering effective communication with customers' helping them navigate their accounts' resolve technical issues' and maximize their experience on our platforms. You will be a crucial part of our team' dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our clients' social media engagement.
