Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Media &, Entertainment industry team. In this exciting Junior role' you will be the voice of our brand' providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our media platforms and services. Your fluency in Italian will be essential for assisting clients with inquiries about content access' subscriptions' and technical support. By delivering excellent customer service' you will help enhance the user experience and foster a loyal audience.
