Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Food Delivery Platform' with the chance to work in beautiful Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for food and exceptional customer service skills. As a member of our customer service team' you will assist Italian-speaking customers in navigating their orders and inquiries seamlessly. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries regarding food orders' delivery schedules' and service-related questions via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information about menu items' promotions' and delivery options. - Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with their orders and ensure prompt resolutions. - Resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner' aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with delivery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. - Stay informed about food and beverage trends to better assist customers and offer suggestions. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' ideally within the food or hospitality industry. - Exceptional communication skills and a friendly' customer-oriented attitude. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure situations. - Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends' as required.
