Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager
Location: Italy (Nationwide)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers across Italy.
- Create, manage, and regularly update customer data within the CRM/database system.
- Develop strong customer relations and maintain reliable communication channels.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, and follow up on sales leads and orders.
- Collect project and market information to support sales promotion and provide competitive analysis.
- Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Participate in major project negotiations to support regional business growth.
- Assist with financing discussions and support payment collection when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
- 3+ years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of machinery applications, technical specifications, and customer needs.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
