Customer Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Treviso area, Italy (with international travel)

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join a leading organization operating in the lighting solutions sector. Reporting to the European Customer Care Manager, this role will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the European product portfolio.

The successful candidate will operate in a global environment, combining strong technical expertise with leadership, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and resolve technical customer complaints within an international business context
- Provide high-level technical support, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers throughout the resolution process
- Lead in-depth technical analysis of returned products
- Prepare detailed technical reports to support customers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage costs related to on-site replacements, balancing economic sustainability with strong customer relationships
- Activate and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer responses
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Production teams to prevent recurring quality issues
- Define, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs and metrics to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives proactively
- Participate in internal and market risk assessments related to quality
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in complaint management processes
- Promote the correct and effective execution of quality processes across the organization

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management, preferably in lighting or electronics sectors
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proven experience in team leadership and development
- Solid knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong technical expertise in power electronics and/or LED driver technology
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Ability to align internal stakeholders and coordinate across departments
- Strong leadership style with the ability to bridge cultural and communication differences

Work location: Province of Treviso, with availability for international travel.

Descrizione del Ruolo

Per una realtà di riferimento nel settore delle soluzioni di illuminazione, ricerchiamo un/una Customer Quality Assurance Manager. La risorsa, a riporto del Customer Care Manager Europa, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team di professionisti e di garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti europei sull'intero portafoglio prodotti.

Il ruolo si inserisce in un contesto aziendale internazionale e richiede una combinazione di competenze tecniche, leadership e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.

Responsabilità Principali

- Coordinare e risolvere i reclami tecnici dei clienti in un contesto globale
- Fornire supporto tecnico qualificato, assicurando una comunicazione chiara ed efficace con il cliente durante tutto il processo di risoluzione
- Guidare il team nell'analisi tecnica approfondita dei prodotti resi
- Redigere report tecnici dettagliati a supporto dei clienti e degli stakeholder interni
- Negoziare e gestire i costi legati alle sostituzioni in loco, tutelando sostenibilità economica e relazioni con i clienti
- Attivare e coordinare risorse interne interfunzionali per rispondere in modo tempestivo alle esigenze dei clienti
- Collaborare con i team di R&D e Produzione per prevenire problematiche di qualità
- Definire, monitorare e analizzare KPI e metriche di qualità per individuare trend e opportunità di miglioramento
- Promuovere e guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo della qualità
- Partecipare alle attività di valutazione dei rischi interni e di mercato
- Supportare l'implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive nei processi di gestione dei reclami
- Garantire una corretta ed efficace applicazione dei processi di qualità all'interno dell'organizzazione

Profilo Ideale

- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica/Elettronica, Qualità o discipline tecniche affini
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione della qualità cliente, preferibilmente nei settori illuminazione o elettronica
- Spiccate capacità di problem solving e forte orientamento al cliente
- Esperienza consolidata nella gestione e sviluppo di team
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione della qualità e delle metodologie di miglioramento continuo
- Solida competenza tecnica in elettronica di potenza e/o tecnologia dei driver LED
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue europee costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Esperienza in contesti internazionali e multiculturali
- Capacità di coordinare stakeholder interni e allineare i dipartimenti sugli obiettivi comuni
- Leadership autorevole, orientata all'esecuzione e capace di gestire differenze culturali
