Customer Quality Assurance ManagerLocation: Treviso area, Italy (with international travel)OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join a leading organization operating in the lighting solutions sector . Reporting to the European Customer Care Manager , this role will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the European product portfolio .The successful candidate will operate in a global environment, combining strong technical expertise with leadership, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and resolve technical customer complaints within an international business contextProvide high-level technical support , ensuring clear and effective communication with customers throughout the resolution processLead in-depth technical analysis of returned productsPrepare detailed technical reports to support customers and internal stakeholdersNegotiate and manage costs related to on-site replacements , balancing economic sustainability with strong customer relationshipsActivate and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer responsesCollaborate closely with R&D and Production teams to prevent recurring quality issuesDefine, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs and metrics to identify trends and improve customer satisfactionDrive continuous quality improvement initiatives proactivelyParticipate in internal and market risk assessments related to qualitySupport the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in complaint management processesPromote the correct and effective execution of quality processes across the organizationCandidate ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Quality, or a related technical disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management, preferably in lighting or electronics sectorsStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approachProven experience in team leadership and developmentSolid knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong technical expertise in power electronics and/or LED driver technologyFluent English required; additional European languages are a plusExperience working in international and multicultural environmentsAbility to align internal stakeholders and coordinate across departmentsStrong leadership style with the ability to bridge cultural and communication differencesWork location: Province of Treviso, with availability for international travel.Customer Quality Assurance ManagerSede: Provincia di Treviso (con trasferte internazionali)Descrizione del RuoloPer una realtà di riferimento nel settore delle soluzioni di illuminazione , ricerchiamo un/una Customer Quality Assurance Manager . La risorsa, a riporto del Customer Care Manager Europa , avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team di professionisti e di garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti europei sull'intero portafoglio prodotti .Il ruolo si inserisce in un contesto aziendale internazionale e richiede una combinazione di competenze tecniche, leadership e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.Responsabilità PrincipaliCoordinare e risolvere i reclami tecnici dei clienti in un contesto globaleFornire supporto tecnico qualificato , assicurando una comunicazione chiara ed efficace con il cliente durante tutto il processo di risoluzioneGuidare il team nell' analisi tecnica approfondita dei prodotti resiRedigere report tecnici dettagliati a supporto dei clienti e degli stakeholder interniNegoziare e gestire i costi legati alle sostituzioni in loco , tutelando sostenibilità economica e relazioni con i clientiAttivare e coordinare risorse interne interfunzionali per rispondere in modo tempestivo alle esigenze dei clientiCollaborare con i team di R&D e Produzione per prevenire problematiche di qualitàDefinire, monitorare e analizzare KPI e metriche di qualità per individuare trend e opportunità di miglioramentoPromuovere e guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo della qualitàPartecipare alle attività di valutazione dei rischi interni e di mercatoSupportare l'implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive nei processi di gestione dei reclamiGarantire una corretta ed efficace applicazione dei processi di qualità all'interno dell'organizzazioneProfilo IdealeLaurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica/Elettronica, Qualità o discipline tecniche affiniAlmeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione della qualità cliente, preferibilmente nei settori illuminazione o elettronicaSpiccate capacità di problem solving e forte orientamento al clienteEsperienza consolidata nella gestione e sviluppo di teamConoscenza dei sistemi di gestione della qualità e delle metodologie di miglioramento continuoSolida competenza tecnica in elettronica di potenza e/o tecnologia dei driver LEDOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese ; la conoscenza di altre lingue europee costituisce titolo preferenzialeEsperienza in contesti internazionali e multiculturaliCapacità di coordinare stakeholder interni e allineare i dipartimenti sugli obiettivi comuniLeadership autorevole, orientata all'esecuzione e capace di gestire differenze culturali
