Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce openings for Italian Customer Advisors in the vibrant city of Athens We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about customer service and want to engage with Italian-speaking clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone' email' and chat. - Assist customers with product inquiries' service-related questions' and any issues they may encounter. - Troubleshoot customer complaints and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other teams to relay customer feedback and help improve service processes. - Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required, proficiency in English is an advantage. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. - A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently. - A passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
