This role will challenge us with new ways of working and lead our global sales organization into the future.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing global sales strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Driving digital transformation in customer engagement and sales operations.
- Strengthening collaboration across divisions within the Machining business area and actively representing Dormer Pramet in key decision‑making forums.
- Leading customer segmentation initiatives and ensuring our sales efforts are targeted and effective.
Qualifications
You bring extensive experience in sales and metal cutting along with broad industrial knowledge and a strong understanding of our products and markets. You’ve successfully led international sales organisations and know how to drive performance through clear KPIs, customer segmentation and strategic pricing decisions. You’re comfortable working close to the market and have a hands‑on approach to leadership. Your ability to leverage digital tools and transform customer engagement and sales operations is key, and you hold a university degree in engineering or a commercial field. Fluent English both spoken and written is a must.
