Sales Manager – POWER TOOLS
Responsabilità:
-Sviluppare relazioni solide con partner commerciali nel canale ferramenta, per creare strategie di vendita personalizzate e identificare opportunità di crescita;
-Supervisionare e guidare la forza vendita (Area Manager, agenti e product expert), assicurando il massimo coinvolgimento e prestazioni eccellenti nel canale specializzato italiano (ferramenta indipendenti);
-Gestione dei Clienti Chiave: Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con i principali account, garantendo un partenariato strategico e di lungo termine;
-Collaborare con i vari reparti aziendali (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing) per assicurare la corretta implementazione delle strategie e il conseguimento complessivo degli obiettivi aziendali.
Requisiti:
-Comprovata conoscenza del canale ferramenta indipendente (canale diretto e indiretto);
-Consolidata esperienza nella leadership di team di vendita e abilità nella definizione di obiettivi di vendita chiari e misurabili;
-Inglese fluente;
-Comprovata conoscenza di sistemi di Power BI evoluti è considerata un plus;
-Capacità di gestione dei rapporti interfunzionali con il cluster South Europe e l'HQ.
