La pasticceria dell’Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice cerca un/una cuoco/a capo partita che si unisca alla brigata per continuare a deliziare gli ospiti con dolci sorprese ed esaltanti lievitati.
Si tratta di una posizione stagionale – da aprile 2026 – a tempo pieno, 5 giorni la settimana.
La figura entrerà in una squadra affiatata, abituata a lavorare in squadra per creare sapori unici e autentici per le varie F&B venues dell’hotel, dalle colazioni al Room Service, dal Bar Gaggiano al ristorante Il Porticciolo.
REQUISITI
Chiediamo di aver già ricoperto la mansione di Capo Partita in pasticcerie di hotel o di grandi ristoranti e di saper guidar e supervisionare i propri commis con attenzione e rispetto.
Indispensabili le conoscenze in campo di igiene alimentare e saper rispettare gli standard di salute e sicurezza in cucina.
Necessarie le capacità di gestione delle priorità e dello stress, soprattutto durante la fase del servizio.
Una buona conoscenza dell’italiano è preferibile così come sono richieste buone capacità comunicative, nel pieno rispetto dei propri responsabili e dei propri colleghi.
I candidati extra UE dovranno essere in possesso dei documenti per poter lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.
Le candidature sprovviste di questi requisiti non potranno essere prese in considerazione.
