🍰 Di cosa ti occuperai

• Realizzare e presentare dessert, prodotti da forno e colazioni secondo gli elevati standard dell’hotel

• Gestire la tua partita con autonomia, ordine e precisione

• Collaborare con lo Chef e la brigata per creare esperienze gastronomiche memorabili

• Personalizzare preparazioni per ospiti con esigenze particolari

• Applicare ricette e procedure garantendo qualità e controllo degli sprechi

• Supportare e formare le figure junior contribuendo alla crescita del team

• Monitorare freschezza, qualità e stagionalità delle materie prime

🧾 Requisiti che cerchiamo

• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo

• Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria moderna e tradizionale

• Creatività, manualità e attenzione al dettaglio

• Team working, passione e orientamento all’eccellenza
