Product Manager – Chiller

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our Chillers & Heat Pumps (HP), and drive its development, competitiveness, and market success.

This role sits at the crossroads of market, technology, sales and operations — perfect for someone who likes to see the full picture and turn complexity into solid products.

What you’ll do

- Analyze market competition, trends and customer needs
- Define technical and functional specifications for new products and upgrades
- Perform technical and commercial benchmarking of competing solutions
- Recommend products and solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Propose alternative solutions based on cost, availability or specifications
- Ensure that orders generated from quotations fully comply with the agreed technical and commercial terms
- Deliver technical and commercial trainings to sales teams, partners and customers
- Support sales and marketing activities, including participation in trade shows
- Maintain constant interaction with all company departments (R&D, production, purchasing, sales, marketing)
- Manage relationships with suppliers of marketed products

What we’re looking for

- Technical background in HVAC / Heat Pumps / Energy systemS
- 5 years in mechanical or energy engineering, knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and commercial teams
