We're FBK, the global leading Tender Management software company. We help Life Sciences & Healthcare company to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender – and for that, we need to join us as a Junior Sales Operations.
The team:
You'll join our Sales team, working closely with Customer Account, Marketing and Product.
You'll play a key role in supporting the commercial engine of FBK, helping structure processes, improve data quality, and enable the Sales team to perform at their best, while growing your skills through a structured learning path.

The work you'll do:
- Support the Sales team in managing and optimizing processes and workflows
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and handover processes
- Assist in monitoring key sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and operational processes
The qualifications you need:
- Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)
- Strong interest in sales operations, business processes, and data analysis
- Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
- Ability to work in a structured way and quickly understand processes and interdependencies
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentisbetter
- Ability to work as a team to drive additional value and expertise #dreamteam
- [Nice to have] Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- [Nice to have] Basic knowledge of sales funnels, pipeline management, or revenue operations
- [Bonus] Interest in automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency
