About the Job
We are looking for a Vehicle Configuration Specialist to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing. Your main activities will be:
- Involvement since the concept phase of new projects to ensure reciprocity between technical and commercial bill of material and full respect of production and supply chain requirements and constraints
- Taking care of product data inside the order management system, support sales network in order creation, modification and in case of system update
- Coordinating business partners activities, monitoring and approving digital content development and readiness, according to project timeline and main deadlines
- Maintaining Product Configurator taking care of data consistency, configuration rules, contents and rendering reliability
- Suggesting, requiring, testing and approving software developments for any IT system or tool that supports product offer management from customer order configuration to invoice
- Cooperating with R&D, Logistics, Sales to ensure the release of new contents according to the Project Plan
About You
We are looking for a University Degree in Engineering, Economics or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in data complexity management, process design and related IT solutions. You should have knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SAP, Salesforce and Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365. Fluency in English, Italian and German will be considered a plus.
