About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding business activities within their designated region, covering Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting products and services in line with organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the existing customer portfolio across Southern Italy.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities, following strategic guidelines.
- Conduct market research, including monitoring OEMs and competitor filter brands.
- Collaborate with machinery manufacturers to drive growth in the original equipment market.
The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales or spare parts commerce, ideally in sectors like Construction, Agricultural, Mining, or Marine Equipment. They must be fluent in French or English (spoken and written) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics, Outlook, and Teams. Strong ability to work independently with effective time management is essential.
Additional Requirements- Frequent travel across Southern Italy with occasional trips to headquarters.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements due to exposure to sensitive organizational information.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location, job description, and required skills and qualifications.
