About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Polymer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Italian market, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Main Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing polymer sales activities in line with our Petrochemicals Strategy and Business Plan to reach specific objectives for the Italian market.
  • Participating in projects, such as regular portfolio reviews, sales meetings, conferences, fairs, exhibitions, and symposiums.
  • Preparing marketing and sales plans to identify new opportunities and create pipeline actions.
  • Managing monthly sales processes, from forecasting to delivery, in accordance with established rules.
  • Representing the company in front of customers, maintaining and developing direct commercial relationships through customer visits.
  • Participating in the collection of outstanding debts from customers, conducting customer complaint/observation inspections, and undertaking actions to protect the company's interests.
  • Contributing to the organization and conduction of technical consultations, industrial tests, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Participating in product developments and launching new products, including application tests.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative in the Petrochemicals sector.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
  • High-level negotiation skills, a customer-oriented approach, result orientation, and flexibility.

Working Conditions
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. The working place is located in Milan (Famagosta) with Smart Working possibilities.
