Job Description
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while providing an outstanding level of luxury customer service.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily cash and card takings with the Retail Information System (RIS) database.
- Perform cash banking processes for the boutique.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to Store Manager/Accounts Dept/Retail Logistics Team, as requested.
- Collect and register customer personal information on the RIS Customer Database.
- Process inter-Company and B2B sale transactions in the RIS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Numeracy, calm composure under pressure, and strong customer-focus.
- Diplomacy and sensibility to luxury.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
