Job Title: Luxury Sales Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Ambassador who will contribute significantly to maximizing boutique performance by achieving sales and strategic objectives while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and optimal profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales processes.
  • Develop sales initiatives, including high-price item sales activities.
  • Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing outstanding service at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, offering guidance on product selection.
  • Process cash and card payments, balance cash registers with receipts, and receive and store large stock deliveries.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail boutique environments.
  • Fluent English, Italian, and Chinese language skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, elegance, and an appreciation for luxury items.
  • Ability to plan and organize work, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for art and design.
  • Reliable, rigorous, and accountable for successful boutique functioning.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from €60,000 to €80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
