**About Us:**
Hermès Italie S.P.A. is a luxury goods company seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Ambassador.

**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications).

**Job Description:**
The Senior Sales Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized attention, product knowledge, and storytelling about the brand's history and craftsmanship. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Advise and support customers on all product categories to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.* Be a brand ambassador, suggesting and surprising customers with quality and consistency of service.* Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through proper client discovery and bespoke experiences.* Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.* Participate in customer events and animations as needed.* Build and maintain solid product knowledge, staying up-to-date with novelties, prices, and stock availability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree preferably with a fashion or linguistic focus.* Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.* Professional background in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.* Proficient with Excel/IT tools.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.* Team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously.* Availability, flexibility, and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment.* Strong aesthetic sense and vocation for human values, passion, and dedication to the brand.
