Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B industry.
About Amazon Global Selling
Amazon's global marketplaces exist in 21 countries, accounting for over 55% of total Amazon unit sales. Our vision is to offer the earth's largest product selection and lowest prices for customers. To achieve this, we market to local country sellers to persuade them to launch their products onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new sellers and assist them in driving sales generated from selling on Amazon to meet individual and team targets
* Engage with prospective sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set
* Cultivate their interest to sell on Amazon and manage timeline and action plan to ensure sellers start selling on time according to plan
Requirements
* BA/BS degree preferred
* 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience
* Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
* Strong commitment and ownership towards goals or targets assigned
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
* Strong written and verbal communication in English
* Fluency in Vietnamese
* Experienced in working with international/cross-cultural teams
* Experienced in working with Small Medium Businesses segment or Large national brands
