About the Role
Hermès Italie seeks an experienced Sales Associate to join its team in Milan. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage with clients, showcasing a deep understanding of Hermès products and services;
• Identify client needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience;
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and product knowledge;
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations;
• Ensure accurate stock management and report any shortages or discrepancies;
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Hermès standards.
Requirements
• Fluency in English and Italian (a third language is considered an asset);
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury brand boutique;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously when needed;
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
• Passion for luxury goods and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer
