Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing tailored sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the Italian market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue across properties.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Six Senses Home Office to establish clear strategic goals and long-term plans.
- Analyze revenue performance and monitor the sales department's impact on property profitability.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive business results.
- Identify new markets and demographics for growth and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in commercial sales leadership within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Significant travel between Rome and Milan will be required.
