Six Senses is a leading luxury hospitality company known for its commitment to sustainability, wellness, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Director of Commercial Sales to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing tailored sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the Italian market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue across properties.
    • Collaborate with Revenue and Six Senses Home Office to establish clear strategic goals and long-term plans.
    • Analyze revenue performance and monitor the sales department's impact on property profitability.
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive business results.
    • Identify new markets and demographics for growth and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in commercial sales leadership within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Significant travel between Rome and Milan will be required.
