Quadient Customer Experience Management (CXM) is a market-leading SaaS solution empowering our customers to create better connections with their customers. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will generate qualified opportunities for our team through marketing campaigns and outbound efforts.
Your Mission:- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for our sales team.
- Develop interest via targeted prospecting and provide value to potential customers.
- Manage inbound leads, follow up on marketing campaigns, and track potential leads over time.
- Utilize our marketing tech stack to identify and qualify new prospects, markets, and contacts.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators, including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won from your meetings.
- 3 years of sales or professional experience.
- A strong interest in building a career in sales or leadership.
- Curiosity and evidence of personal development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to advance through learning and earning paths.
