Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our product team as a Product Documentation Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing knowledge base, ensuring that our product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and revising existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency;
  • Suggesting improvements to content and layout to enhance clarity and usability;
  • Participating in product meetings and new feature releases to ensure accurate documentation;
  • Organizing and streamlining the layout of product documentation in Notion, ensuring consistent formatting and ease of navigation;
  • Creating short videos to explain new features;
  • Posting product news on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is open to learning. The ideal candidate profile would include:

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow;
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing;
  • Proficiency in Notion (nice to have);
  • Advanced level of Italian (as all team members are Italian);
  • Advanced level of English (as most of the documentation is in English);
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • A passion for technology and/or making an impact in healthcare;
  • Spanish a plus (nice to have)
