The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our product team, eager to learn and grow while enhancing our existing knowledge base. You will ensure that our documentation is not only easy to understand but also visually appealing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and refining existing documentation, correcting formatting and errors;
  • Suggesting improvements for content and layout to enhance clarity and usability;
  • Participating in product meetings and new feature releases, providing valuable input for accurate documentation;
  • Organizing and streamlining product documentation in Notion, ensuring consistent formatting and ease of navigation;
  • Creating short videos to explain new features;
  • Posting product news on LinkedIn.
