About the Role

Dana Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our team at our Montano Lucino (CO) location. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations.

As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate potential hazards
  • Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on safety protocols
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or environmental studies
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a complex industrial setting
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels
