Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of repair work orders, and maintaining accurate logs and records.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise distribution of repair work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in effectively planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees.
- Monitor timeliness and quality of completion of repair work orders.
- Supervise Engineering and related areas in absence of the Director of Engineering.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
