About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team at DAZN. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and communication with employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a confidential HR operations role.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment law.
  • Experience of reading payslips and legal charges provided for HR Administration.
  • Strong data entry experience within HR systems.
  • Stakeholder-focused attitude.
  • Solutions-focused with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize your own work.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Excellent customer service attitude.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude and a real team player.
  • IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
