Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for a designated group of clients regarding operational inquiries, ensuring a streamlined incident management process and timely escalation of issues.
  • Deliver comprehensive client assistance, diligently tracking all inquiries or concerns until they are resolved, and keeping clients updated on progress, especially during detailed analyses.
  • Uphold compliance with Service Level Agreements while enhancing the quality framework to achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Foster continuous improvement in processes and practices by evaluating and selecting enhancement opportunities that yield long-term benefits and reduce operational risks.
  • Participate in operational improvement initiatives, review specifications, and draft terms of reference for upcoming products and projects, assisting clients with development and testing, and conducting conformance tests with clients.
Your Qualifications
  • Solid financial expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse activities associated with Euronext's direct and indirect client base.
  • Relevant experience in Client Services.
  • Commitment to high standards of client service delivery and the ability to cultivate strong relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficient in project management with the capability to oversee and monitor progress.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
