Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Assurance Manager to join our team in Rome, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the IPT Leader in monitoring project quality and reporting KPIs to the IPT and management.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation for the project.
  • Review project and product/service documentation.
  • Perform verification and validation of products and services.
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits to support quality units.
  • Manage non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Support certificate issuance for products and services.
  • Participate in IPT and project meetings.
  • Attend product maturity reviews and phase reviews.
  • Contribute to process improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management or Project Assurance roles, preferably in the defense sector for land-based projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality management techniques.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP 2110, and AQAP 2210 standards.
  • Understanding of production processes and product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of non-conformity management and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in auditing, internal and external, product/process, and quality system.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in system engineering with knowledge of system lifecycle phases and design, development, and integration.
  • Experience in auditing quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in international teams and projects.
Language Skills:

Excellent English language skills (B2 or higher).

Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency in Office Automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of modern communication systems and platforms.
Other Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be willing to work primarily in the office and undertake short business trips, both domestically and internationally, as required by the Project Assurance Manager role.
