Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Technical Coordination: Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of projects, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
  3. Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver their tasks.
  4. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure their successful delivery.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure that project goals and objectives are understood and met.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
