Job Summary: As a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer at Momentive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal management, availability, and reliability of our assets. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize maintenance costs and equipment downtime. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes for failures, implement corrective actions, and develop strategies to improve reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address equipment failures.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams to ensure effective equipment operation and maintenance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
- Develop and implement maintenance budgets and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with SAP or other maintenance management software.
