About the Role

As a Customer Activation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our sales teams to provide them with the necessary insights, growth drivers, and tools to execute Diageo's commercial plan effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Plan Execution
  • Develop and implement channel commercial activation and growth drivers plans.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure excellent execution of commercial plans.
  • Lead the implementation of key growth driver initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient selection of outlets for brand and segmentation activation.
  • Develop practical solutions to overcome operational barriers.
Competitive Advantage with Customers
  • Analyze competition and market trends through field visits and internal data sources.
  • Identify opportunities within the channel and region of responsibility.
  • Manage the distribution of materials to sales teams and outlets.
Performance Supervision and Evaluation
  • Monitor and report execution results against set KPIs.
Decision-Making
  • Make decisions on logistics for outlet activation.
  • Manage budget tracking for commercial activation.
