About the Role

As a Customer Activation Executive, you will work closely with our sales teams to ensure they have the necessary insights, growth drivers, and tools to deliver exceptional execution of Diageo's commercial plan. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and facilitating the implementation of channel commercial activation and growth drivers plans
  • Leading the planning of activation and working with the sales team to ensure excellent execution
  • Implementing key growth driver initiatives and ensuring efficient choice of outlets per brand and segmentation
  • Developing pragmatic solutions to overcome operational barriers
  • Leveraging field visits and internal data sources to conduct regular analysis of competition and market
  • Ensuring efficient management of all material to sales teams and outlets
  • Supervising and evaluating performance, including execution results against set KPIs
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of the commercial opportunity, including customer understanding and outlet segmentation
  • Brilliant execution skills, including the ability to plan for excellence and monitor in-market execution
  • Lead performance skills, including understanding of spend, volume, margin, and profit performance
  • Ability to find solutions and pursue opportunities
  • Consistent performance, including identifying clear priorities and focusing on them
  • Authenticity, including building relationships and demonstrating integrity
