Talentia Software Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our marketing team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through market exploration and production of Marketing Qualified Leads (Inbound Outbound).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify accounts that match Talentia's offering.
  • Create a network of contacts using social networks and databases.
  • Automate prospecting with sales automation tools.
  • Detect opportunities on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze the prospect's needs and timeline and plan the first meeting.
  • Collaborate with account executives to manage opportunities and pipeline.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM and properly report progress and results of activities.
Profile:
  • Master's degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce recommended
  • Skills developed for lead generation and business development
  • Business English
  • Attitudes: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Dynamism and proactivity in business approach, Persuasive skills, Rigor and method of work, Enthusiasm and positivity
