For the Main Office, we are seeking a skilled Marine Operations Supervisor to enhance our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing offshore operations related to marine installation projects on a global scale, integrating both fieldwork and office-based engineering responsibilities.

Offshore Responsibilities:

  • Direct marine operations at installation sites to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Oversee activities on installation vessels and various marine environments.
  • Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes as necessary.
  • Coordinate tasks such as route clearance, cable laying, burial, repair, and jointing.
  • Ensure adherence to technical quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Maintain health and safety standards for all personnel involved.
  • Manage company assets and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Schedule operations, manage client interactions, and supervise subcontractors.

Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed engineering assessments for project installations.
  • Work closely with internal teams on submarine system initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and client communications.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and documentation upon project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A background in Engineering Technology or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience in marine operations or similar sectors is beneficial. Specialized training will be provided by the company.
  • Willingness to travel internationally is essential for this position.
