Guest Experience Supervisor/Front Office Supervisor

About the Role:

Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel, is seeking a skilled Guest Experience Supervisor/Front Office Supervisor to join its pre-opening team. As a key member of the hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Duty Manager and oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Process guest requests, resolve issues, and provide personalized attention to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, and Laundry, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage guest room inventory, process payments, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, aligning with the hotel's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front office or guest services, with a strong background in customer service and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English and intermediate Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
