The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Beauty Sales Advisor to join our team at our Milan location. This role will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional sales support, and driving sales growth for our luxury fragrance and skincare brands.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Embody the Brands Experience by adhering to training guidelines and reflecting the image of our luxury brands
- Meet individual sales goals consistently
- Deliver outstanding customer service skills, excellent selling abilities, and motivation to succeed
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talents
- Respect and adhere to protocols, company policies, and procedures
- Maintain visual standards through the following tasks: understanding and executing monthly floor sets, replenishing merchandise after sales, folding and placing items correctly, and ensuring tickets are placed discreetly inside the item

Your Personal Profile
We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a beauty luxury retail environment. Italian and English fluency are essential, while additional foreign languages are a plus. You should be willing to work in a team-oriented environment and have expertise in both fragrances and makeup, including certification. Excellent interpersonal skills, results-driven attitude, flexibility, and proven sales experience are also required. Additionally, you must have strong clienteling background and provide excellent customer service levels.

Earnings and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, considering the Milan location and the requirements of the job.
