Job Title: Head of IARIC Quality and Continuous Improvement

At HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Internal Audit, Risk, and Internal Controls (IARIC) function in quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and define the IARIC quality strategy and framework, implementing quality as part of daily IARIC activities and processes.
  • Manage the IARIC development portfolio, consolidated from team-specific improvement activities to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Own cross-functional IARIC projects involving multiple teams, engaging and assigning responsibility to specific teams and leaders.
  • Define and implement relevant project methodologies to support IARIC teams in project management.
  • Manage the IARIC Quality and Continuous Improvement team, embracing diversity and inclusion, and coaching, developing, and planning future growth paths.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, or engineering, or other suitable background.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and change management competences, open to different views and opinions.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, development programs, portfolio, and/or project management.
  • Experience in interacting with senior management and other stakeholders in a matrix organization.
